Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of this National Casino site. Creating an account, or playing in any form, means accepting them in full, so the ten minutes they take to read are better spent before the first deposit than after a dispute. They are written to be understood rather than merely published.
1. Agreement
Registration is the moment of agreement. An account holder who does not accept a current or amended version of these terms has one remedy, closing the account and withdrawing any remaining verified balance, and that remedy is always available.
2. Who May Play
Players must be at least 18 years old and legally able to gamble under the rules that apply where they physically are. Age is checked against identity documents during verification, not taken on trust. Anyone excluded by law, by a self-exclusion register or by a previous exclusion on this platform may not open an account, and an account found to belong to such a person is closed.
3. One Account, Accurate Details
Each person may hold exactly one account, registered in their own name with accurate details. The credentials belong to the holder alone: sessions, deposits and losses made through a shared or stolen login remain attached to the account. Duplicate accounts discovered later are merged or closed, and bonuses claimed across them are voided.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits fund play and nothing else; the cashier is not a wallet, an exchange or a transfer service, and deposits followed by withdrawal without play are treated as suspicious. Withdrawals require completed identity verification and go to a method in the account holder's name, preferring the method that funded the account. Limits per period, minimums per method and processing times are published on the payments page and apply to every account identically.
5. Bonuses
Every bonus carries its own terms, wagering requirement, game contribution rates, maximum bet while wagering, expiry, and those terms are part of this agreement while the bonus is active. One bonus can be active at a time. Play patterns designed to extract bonus value rather than to play, opposite betting, low-risk cycling, multi-account claims, void the bonus and its winnings.
6. Games and Malfunctions
Game outcomes come from certified random number generators tested by independent laboratories, and the published RTP of each game is the long-run figure for everyone. A technical malfunction, a game paying outside its rules, voids the affected rounds in both directions: winnings from a malfunction are removed, and stakes lost to one are returned.
7. What Gets an Account Closed
Fraud in any form, stolen payment methods, chargebacks on legitimate deposits, forged documents. Automation, bots or software that plays on a person's behalf. Deliberately masking identity or location to evade a restriction. Abusive conduct toward support staff or dealers. Each of these ends the relationship, and confirmed fraud is reported where the licence requires it.
8. Limits of Liability
The platform is provided as it stands, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and scheduled maintenance or provider outages do not create claims. Liability for any dispute is capped at the verified balance of the account concerned. Nothing in these terms removes protections that applicable law grants regardless of contract.
9. Content Ownership
The games belong to their studios, and the site's design, text and branding belong to their respective owners. An account grants a personal licence to play, not a right to copy, scrape, republish or commercially reuse any of it.
10. Changes
These terms change when the platform, the licence or the law changes. The current version lives on this page, material changes are flagged in the account before taking effect, and play after a change is acceptance of it.
11. Responsible Gambling
The limit, cooling-off and self-exclusion tools described on the responsible gambling page are part of these terms: once set, they bind both sides, and support cannot be talked into lifting them early. That inflexibility is deliberate and is the point of the tools.
12. Ending the Relationship
An account holder may close their account at any time through support, with the verified balance paid out by a standard withdrawal. The casino may suspend an account during an investigation under section seven, and closes accounts that breach these terms. A lawful remaining balance is returned even when an account is closed for breach, unless the funds themselves are the proceeds of the breach.
